At Dolby, our programs are designed to meaningfully support your life at work and at home. Open Enrollment starts May 20 and is your annual opportunity to ensure you have the health coverage you need for the upcoming plan year (effective July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025).

When it comes to your health and benefits, we want to empower you to make the best choices possible. Please review this site and other benefits communications carefully so you’re prepared for Open Enrollment and beyond. After Open Enrollment, you won’t be able to make changes during the plan year unless you experience a qualifying life event.
Dolby 2024-2025 Open Enrollment
May 20 – June 5
If you take no action during Open Enrollment, most of your current benefit elections will continue with the exception of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). You must re-enroll in your FSAs each year you wish to participate.
All election changes are effective from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024.
